Phenomenons that are likely to occur with high-pressure hoses in high-temperature production environ

Used in mine hydraulic supports, oil field development, engineering construction, hoisting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and mechanized and automated hydraulic systems of various industrial sectors to transport fluids with a certain pressure and temperature. Petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water), etc. and liquid transmission pipelines.

Friends who sell high-pressure hoses may encounter that high-pressure hose manufacturers often encounter quality problems in the summer. In fact, this is already a common thing. Manufacturers, in particular, are particularly sensitive to high-pressure hoses made at this time.

Why is this so?

In the process of making high-pressure hoses, there is a very important link, which is the issue of water temperature.

The water temperature is too high. If the rubber is not properly controlled during the mixing process, the rubber will easily ripen. Compared with winter, the temperature in summer is relatively high. When the basic rubber is mixed, the water temperature control is not good, which will evaporate the oil agent for mixing the rubber. The mixed rubber (masterbatch) that comes out is dry. If it is internal rubber masterbatch, add more materials. It is very likely that there is a quality problem.

On the other hand, if the internal glue masterbatch is being added and the water temperature is not controlled, the water temperature will be too high, which will cause partial ripening of the glue. Cooked glue particles appear. These particles are the hidden danger of high-pressure hose leakage.

Again, the old problem is still a temperature problem. If the finished glue is left for too long and is not placed in a cool place. It is easy to self-sulfide. Never leave it for more than a month, as it is very likely to cause a self-sulfide reaction. By then, if you use it again, the glue will no longer be usable. Sometimes, I find that when the high-pressure hose comes out during this period, the skin is particularly easy to peel off. It happens to be processed by self-vulcanizing rubber and mixed with good glue. The bonding properties and adhesion of the glue that comes out are not as good as good glue. However, this cannot be all self-vulcanizing rubber, because if it is, the extruder cannot come out at all, and they are all cooked rubber particles. It cannot be extruded normally at all.
